I am an experienced Automation Engineer with over 33 years of expertise in training, research, and full-cycle product development. My core competencies include embedded hardware design, embedded firmware development, and integrated product engineering.

I have authored several research papers and hold multiple patents, with significant research work focused on decentralized computing and fault-tolerant system design—areas crucial to building resilient and scalable technologies.

I remain actively involved in new product development, consistently contributing to the company's innovation pipeline and ensuring value addition at every stage. My leadership drives a culture of excellence, technical depth, and continuous improvement across all facets of the organization.
